Suspended shelves and dressing table
The brief was to provide a hidden dressing area
but with visible display shelves. Our solution mounted a completed
and fixed set of shelves with sliding external plates which when
parted revealed a mirror cabinet and drawer for all essential bedroom
vanity products. We called this the ‘butterfly cabinet’
as when closed it looks like a big wooden butterfly…sort of.

Contemporary
wardrobe
Fitted wardrobes can be produced in our workshops
in modular units and assembled on site minimising disruption levels.
This example boasts a centre pull out unit in an attempt to avert
disputes as who is first to the accessory/necessity section since
two people can access either side at the same time. A curved section
was added to the end making for a more comfortable entry exit into
the room.

Pod bed in solid
and veneered white oak
A low slung bed looks good but is not too great
for under mattress storage. This solution provides a footwear compartment
to either side and a half length drawer to either side as well as
two cabinets directly attached to the headboard. These side ‘pods’
have the extra advantage of providing a comfortable sitting platform
for changing as well as giving an extra foot of ‘cool to the
touch’ area outside of the mattress.
